Crack Slaw

- Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 bag shredded slaw mix (approx 14oz)
- 2 green onion tails chopped (green part only)
- ½ tsp fresh grated ginger
- 3 tbsp garlic infused olive oil (you can substitute 1 tbsp of canola oil for less garlic taste)
- 2-3 tbps cup reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sriracha sauce or 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper

Heat olive oil over medium heat heat in a large skillet. Add in onions, ginger and saute until fragrant, 1-2 minutes. Add in turkey and cook, while breaking up with a wooden spoon, until browned. add salt and pepper.

Remove chicken from skillet, and add in the cabbage. Cook until wilted and mostly tender, about 4-5 minutes.

Return the cooked chicken to the pan. Stir in sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, and sriracha. Season with salt and pepper and more sriracha as desired.
- Serve with rice
