Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

"Gluten Free and low lactose"
  1. 1 lb chicken Breast - 1" cubes
  2. 2 oz gluten free fettuccine
  3. 2 tbsp garlic infused oil
  4. 1 jar RAOs plain alfredo sauce (no onion,garlic)
  5. 1 can sliced mushrooms
  6. 1/4 cup shredded parmisean cheese
  1. Cook gluten free fettuccine per box instructions
  2. Add chicken and cook til fully browned on both sides (internal temperture 165 degrees)
  3. Drain mushrooms and add
  4. Add alfredo sauce, stir and simmer until hot
  5. Serve over pasta and sprinkle with cheese.
