Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo
"Gluten Free and low lactose"
- Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken Breast - 1" cubes
- 2 oz gluten free fettuccine
- 2 tbsp garlic infused oil
- 1 jar RAOs plain alfredo sauce (no onion,garlic)
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup shredded parmisean cheese
- Preparation

Cook gluten free fettuccine per box instructions

Add chicken and cook til fully browned on both sides (internal temperture 165 degrees)
- Drain mushrooms and add
- Add alfredo sauce, stir and simmer until hot
- Serve over pasta and sprinkle with cheese.
