Low Fodmap Salsa
"easy to digest"
- 4 - 6 roma tomatoes - diced
- 1 large aneheim chili pepper - diced
- 1 tbsp garlic infused oil
- 1 pickeled jalapeno (or fresh) diced
- 1 bunch cilantro chopped (no stems)
- 3 green onion tails diced ( green only )
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with chilis
- Pulse canned tomatoes in a bleander
Mix everything in a bowl
Add more salt, pepper, and sugar to taste
- Chill in refrigerator for 1/2 hour or more.
