Low Fodmap Salsa

"easy to digest"
Ingredients
  1. 4 - 6 roma tomatoes - diced
  2. 1 large aneheim chili pepper - diced
  3. 1 tbsp garlic infused oil
  4. 1 pickeled jalapeno (or fresh) diced
  5. 1 bunch cilantro chopped (no stems)
  6. 3 green onion tails diced ( green only )
  7. 1/2 tsp pepper
  8. 1 tsp salt
  9. 1 tsp sugar
  10. 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with chilis
Preparation
  1. Pulse canned tomatoes in a bleander
  2. Mix everything in a bowl
  3. Add more salt, pepper, and sugar to taste
  4. Chill in refrigerator for 1/2 hour or more.
