Wilted Spinach Salad

"easy to digest"
Ingredients
  1. 1 bunch Fresh Spinach - trim stems
  2. 1/2 yellow bell pepper - cut in strips
  3. 1/2 green bell pepper - cut in strips
  4. 2 tbsp garlic infused oil
  5. 2 tsp white vinegar (or apple)
  6. Feta cheese
  7. Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
  1. Add oil to pan and sautee peppers til tender
  2. Add spinach stir until wilted
  3. Add salt, pepper, and vinegar and stir
  4. Serve topped with feta cheese
