Wilted Spinach Salad
"easy to digest"
- Ingredients

- 1 bunch Fresh Spinach - trim stems
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper - cut in strips
- 1/2 green bell pepper - cut in strips
- 2 tbsp garlic infused oil
- 2 tsp white vinegar (or apple)
- Feta cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preparation

Add oil to pan and sautee peppers til tender

Add spinach stir until wilted
- Add salt, pepper, and vinegar and stir
- Serve topped with feta cheese
