Peanut Butter Oatmeal Balls
"High in fiber"
- Ingredients

- 1 cup Rolled oats gluten free
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy)
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or peanut butter chips
- Preparation

- In a large mixing bowl, add your rolled oats and ground flaxseed and mix well.
- In a microwave-safe bowl or stovetop, combine peanut butter with maple syrup. Heat until warm and melted. Whisk together.
- Combine your wet and dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in chocolate/peanut butter chips . Refrigerate covered until firm (about 15 minutes ).
- Remove from the fridge and form 20 balls.
