Peanut Butter Oatmeal Balls

"High in fiber"
Ingredients
  1. 1 cup Rolled oats gluten free
  2. 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  3. 1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy)
  4. 1/3 cup maple syrup
  5. 1/2 cup  dark chocolate chips or peanut butter chips
Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add your rolled oats and ground flaxseed and mix well.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl or stovetop, combine peanut butter with maple syrup. Heat until warm and melted. Whisk together.
  3. Combine your wet and dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in chocolate/peanut butter chips . Refrigerate covered until firm (about 15 minutes ).
  4. Remove from the fridge and form 20 balls.
