Asian Ramen Salad
"Serve with Asian Chicken Thighs"
- Ingredients

- 1 bag slaw mix (medium size)
- 1 bag top ramen (broken up)
- 1 bunch cilantro ( chopped)
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 bunch green onion (chopped)
- 4 tbsp sesame oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tbsp honey (or sugar)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Preparation

- Mix slaw, Top Ramen, cilantro, and onion in bowl
- Add rest of ingredients to a bowl and whisk
- Pour on salad when ready to serve and toss.
