Asian Ramen Salad

"Serve with Asian Chicken Thighs"
Ingredients
  1. 1 bag slaw mix (medium size)
  2. 1 bag top ramen (broken up)
  3. 1 bunch cilantro ( chopped)
  4. 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  5. 1 bunch green onion (chopped)
  6. 4 tbsp sesame oil
  7. salt and pepper to taste
  8. 1/4 cup soy sauce
  9. 1 clove garlic
  10. 3 tbsp honey (or sugar)
  11. 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Preparation
  1. Mix slaw, Top Ramen, cilantro, and onion in bowl
  2. Add rest of ingredients to a bowl and whisk
  3. Pour on salad when ready to serve and toss.
