Esther's Pounded Chicken

"Esther's stuffed chicken breasts are a family favorite"
  1. 4 Boneless Breasts
  2. 1 Can Campbell'S Cream Of Chicken Soup
  3. 1 package Frozen Broccoli
  4. Bag of Cheese Garlic Croutons
  5. 4 Cheese slices
  1. Pound Breast flat with mallet.
  2. Combine frozen Broccoli with can of cream of chicken soup
  3. Put in center of breast with slice of cheese.
  4. Roll and pin with tooth picks
  5. Crush Cheese Garlic Crouton crumbs and coat chicken.
  6. Cook 400 degrees for 45 minutes


serve with a garden salad and a green vegetable
