Esther's Pounded Chicken
"Esther's stuffed chicken breasts are a family favorite"
- Ingredients

- 4 Boneless Breasts
- 1 Can Campbell'S Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1 package Frozen Broccoli
- Bag of Cheese Garlic Croutons
- 4 Cheese slices
- Preparation

- Pound Breast flat with mallet.
- Combine frozen Broccoli with can of cream of chicken soup
- Put in center of breast with slice of cheese.
- Roll and pin with tooth picks
- Crush Cheese Garlic Crouton crumbs and coat chicken.
- Cook 400 degrees for 45 minutes
