Eva's Taco Soup
"a great Mexican Soup"
- Ingredients

- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Lg Onion
- 1 pkg Taco Seasoning
- 1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix (Dry)
- 1 4 ½ oz can Green Chiles
- 1 Can Black Beans or Pinto Beans
- 1 lb Can Hominy
- 1 lb Tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 lb can Tomato Sauce
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 ½ cans water
- Preparation

- Brown Beef and onion and drain excess fat.
- Add dry ingredient.
- Stir then add remaining ingredients.
- Cook for 15 minutes.
Notes
Serve as an appetizer with chips or as a meal.
