Lemon Shrimp Linguini
" Esther's Lemon Shrimp Linguini uses white wine and jumbo shrimp to create a great Italian pasta dish. One of the families favorites."
- Ingredients

- 2 tsp. mayonnaise
- Wheat Linguini Pasta
- ½ Cup White Wine
- ¾ Stick unsalted butter
- 2 clove Garlic
- Splash Italian Dressing
- Tablespoon Fresh Thyme and Basil
- Zest of 1/2 Lemon
- Juice from 1/4 Lemon
- Dried Bay leaf
- Parmesan Cheese
- 15-20 Cooked jumbo Shrimp
- Preparation

- Cook Linguini per package (Aldente)
- Last five minutes combine all other ingredients except cheese in large pan
- heat Shrimp through
- Remove Linguini and drain and added to Shrimp and Sauce
- add Parmesan cheese, toss on plate
- Garnish with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes
- Serve with Garlic Toast Rounds from Baguette

Serve with salad and garlic bread.
