Lemon Shrimp Linguini

" Esther's Lemon Shrimp Linguini uses white wine and jumbo shrimp to create a great Italian pasta dish. One of the families favorites."
  1. 2 tsp. mayonnaise
  2. Wheat Linguini Pasta
  3. ½ Cup White Wine
  4. ¾ Stick unsalted butter
  5. 2 clove Garlic
  6. Splash Italian Dressing
  7. Tablespoon Fresh Thyme and Basil
  8. Zest of 1/2 Lemon
  9. Juice from 1/4 Lemon
  10. Dried Bay leaf
  11. Parmesan Cheese
  12. 15-20 Cooked jumbo Shrimp
  1. Cook Linguini per package (Aldente)
  2. Last five minutes combine all other ingredients except cheese in large pan
  3. heat Shrimp through
  4. Remove Linguini and drain and added to Shrimp and Sauce
  5. add Parmesan cheese, toss on plate
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes
  7. Serve with Garlic Toast Rounds from Baguette


Serve with salad and garlic bread.
