Ingredients Cake

1. 2 cups flour
2. 2 cup white sugar
3. 2 sticks oleo
4. 3 tbsps coco
5. 1 can regular Coke (no diet}
6. ¼ tbsp salt
7. 2 well beaten eggs
8. 1 tbsp vanilla
9. ½ cups miniature marshmallows
10. 1 ½ cup buttermilk
11. 1 tsp baking soda

Preparation Cake

1. Combine flour and sugar , set aside.
2. Heat oleo, coco, Coke and salt to boiling point.
3. Add flour/sugar mixture
4. Add 2 well beaten eggs and vanilla
5. Fold in Marshmallows
6. add buttermilk and baking soda to the mixture.
7. Pour into a 9 x 13 loaf pan (batter will be thin)
8. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35minutes

Ingredients Icing

1. 3 tbsp cocoa
2. 1 stick oleo
3. 6 tbsp Coca-Cola (or Carnation Milk)
4. vanilla
5. 1 lb box confectioners sugar
6. ¼ tbsp salt
7. 2 well beaten eggs
8. 1 tbsp vanilla

Preparation Icing

1. Heat cocoa, oleo, vanilla and Coca-Cola (milk) to a rolling boil (2-3 minutes).
2. Pour over confectioners sugar
3. Pour icing over cake

serve with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream
