PUMPKIN DIP

"Great with Gingersnaps"

Ingredients
  1. 4 Cups Confectioners Sugar, Sifted
  2. 2 Pkgs (8 oz each) Cream Cheese, Softened
  3. 1 Can (30 oz) Pumpkin Pie Filling
Preparation
  1. Mix 2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon and 1 tsp. Ground Ginger In large Bowl
  2. Combine Sugar and Cream Cheese, Beating until blended. Beat in remaining ingredients.
  3. Store in Airtight Container in ref.
  4. Serve with Gingersnaps
  5. What I do in mixing it up is cut the recipe in half and make it in the blender.
