"Great with Gingersnaps"
- 4 Cups Confectioners Sugar, Sifted
- 2 Pkgs (8 oz each) Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 Can (30 oz) Pumpkin Pie Filling
- Mix 2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon and 1 tsp. Ground Ginger In large Bowl
- Combine Sugar and Cream Cheese, Beating until blended. Beat in remaining ingredients.
- Store in Airtight Container in ref.
- Serve with Gingersnaps
- What I do in mixing it up is cut the recipe in half and make it in the blender.
