Dinner Rolls

Ruth's home made from scratch dinner rolls. Can't find a better roll anywhere.
Ingredients
  1. 2-cups warm water
  2. 2 packages dry yeast
  3. 1 stick melted butter
  4. 1 tbsp salt
  5. 1/2 cup sugar
  6. 4-5 Cups All Purpose Flour
  7. 2 Eggs
Preparation
  1. Combine Yeast and Water, let stand 5 minutes until yeast is foamy
  2. Stir in butter, sugar and eggs
  3. Beat 1 cup of flour at a time until dough forms to stiff to mix.
  4. Kneed 5 to 10 minutes
  5. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours (up to 5 days)
  6. Divide a form into 24 rolls and put in greased pan
  7. Put in warm place to rise double in size (about an hour)
  8. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F
  9. Bake 20 -25 minutes until golden brown
  10. Brush with melted butter
