Lime Chili Shrimp

"great with Mexican rice"
Ingredients
  1. 1 lb jumbo shrimp (peeled and de veined)
  2. 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  3. 1/4 cup lime juice
  4. 2 tsp chili powder
  5. 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
  6. 1/2 tsp paprika
  7. 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
  8. 1 tsp honey
  9. 3 tbsp oil
  10. For more heat add 1 tsp Siracha sauce (optional)
Preparation
  1. Put shrimp in a bowl
  2. Add all ingredients and mix well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 1/2 hour
  4. Saute in frying pan until shrimp is done (approx. 5 min).
  5. Option: grill on skewers

Serve with Mexican rice and salad
