Lemon Salmon ( Air Fry)

Ingredients
  1. 1 lb fresh salmon
  2. 1 lemon
  3. 1/4 tsp pepper
  4. 1 tsp season salt
  5. 1/4 cup Chopped parsley
  6. 1 tbsp olive oil or olive oil spray
Preparation
  1. Wash salmon and pat dry. 
  2. Squeeze 1 lemon to both sides .
  3. Rub or spray lightly with olive oil
  4. Sprinkle both sides with pepper and season salt. 
  5. Set air fryer to 400 degrees
  6. Cook 8 to 12 minutes per side depending on how thick it is. Use a good thermometer to check that the temperature at thickest center is 145 degrees.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped parsley or dill

Notes

Serve with rice and broccoli for a healthy meal
