Pistachio Cream Pie

"Favorite birthday pie for most of our kids"
Ingredients
  1. 1 package instant pistachio pudding
  2. 1 cup milk
  3. 1 tub cool whip or fresh whipped cream
  4. 1 chocolate or grahm cracker pre made crust
  5. Toppings: crushed pistachios, chocolate shavings, or chocolate syrup.
Preparation
  1. Prepare pudding per package instructions and chill for 2 hours.
  2. Scoop pudding into pie crust and top with whipped cream spreading evenly.
  3. Add toppings, slice, and serve.
