Jalapeno Tartar Sauce
"Lots of flavor"
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 large canned jalapeno (minced)
- 1 large dill pickle (minced)
- 1/2 tbsp pickle dill juice
- 1/2 cup white onion
- 2 tbsps cilantro (minced)
- Optional: 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix all together starting with 1/ cup of mayo and adding more to get the right consistency (not too runny).
- Refrigerate for 20 -30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
Great on all types of fish
