Jan's Deviled Eggs

"Holiday family favorite"
  1. 1 dozen eggs
  2. 1/4 to 1/2 cup Mayo
  3. 1 tsp yellow mustard
  4. 2 tbsp sweet relish
  5. 1/2 tsp paprika plus some for top
  6. 1/2 tsp salt
  7. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  1. Bring pot of water to boil on high.
  2. Gently place eggs in water and boil for 10 minutes.
  3. Drain water and adding cold water until eggs are cool.
  4. Peel eggs, slice lengthwise and remove yolks.
  5. Set aside whites.
  6. Place yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork.
  7. Add all ingredients starting with 1/4 cup of mayonaise.
  8. Mix well and add more mayo if needed to make creamy.
  9. Using a teaspoon (or pipe from a pastery bag) fill each egg white.
  10. Sprinkle with paprika
