Lemon Sauce

Lemon Sauce

for asparagus
Ingredients
    1. Juice from 1 lemon
    2. Zest from 1 lemon

    3. 2 tbsp low-fat mayo
    4. 1 tsp parsley (chopped or dried)
    5. 1/8 tsp black pepper

    6. 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation
  1. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate

    Pour over aspargrus
