Salmon-Shrimp

Salmon with Crramy Shrimp Sauce

Easy to make
Ingredients Cake
    1. 2 salmon filets
    2. 1/2 lb shrimp  (peeled & deveined) 
    3. 1 tbsp olive oil
    4. 2 tbsp butter
    5. 1 tsp paprika
    6. Salt & pepper 
    7. 3 garlic cloves (minced)
    8.  1/2 cup heavy cream
    9. 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 
    10. 1 cup bagged spinach
    11. 1 tbsp chopped parsely
    12. lemon  wedges 
Preperation
    1. Rub salmon with olive oil, paprika, salt & pepper
    2. Sear skin side down, then flip cook until flaky  . Set aside
    3. In same pan melt butter, add shrimp and butter and saute 1-2 minutes a side until pink and juice. 
    4. Lower heat and add cream, cheese & spinach. stir until rich , smooth & glossy
    5. Return salmon to pan and pour shrimp mixture over salmon.

 

Serve with artichokesand roasted potatoes
