Salmon with Crramy Shrimp Sauce

- 2 salmon filets
- 1/2 lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup bagged spinach
- 1 tbsp chopped parsely

- Preperation

- Rub salmon with olive oil, paprika, salt & pepper
- Sear skin side down, then flip cook until flaky . Set aside
- In same pan melt butter, add shrimp and butter and saute 1-2 minutes a side until pink and juice.
- Lower heat and add cream, cheese & spinach. stir until rich , smooth & glossy
- Return salmon to pan and pour shrimp mixture over salmon.
Serve with artichokesand roasted potatoes
