green chile cheese appetizer

Ingredients
  1. 1 cube of butter (softened not melted!)
  2. 1 cup shredded jack cheese
  3. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  4. 1 large can diced green chiles
  5. 2 baguettes (thin french bread)
Preperation
  1. mix green chiles and butter well and set aside
  2. mix mayonnaise and cheese well (add more mayo if needed to get a spreadable mixture
  3. slice bread 1 to 1 1/2 inches thick
  4. put bread on cookie pan
  5. spread each top with cheese/mayo mixture
  6. repeat with chile/butter mixture
  7. heat until cheese melts
  8. best served warm

Heat just before serving for best results
