Ron's Pork Steak and Black-eyed Peas

"I came up with this recipe using up food in the fridge. Everyone loved it so it became a frequent request"
Ingredients
  1. 4 pork steaks
  2. 1 green bell pepper (cut in strips)
  3. 1 red bell pepper (cut in strips)
  4. 1 clove garlic (diced)
  5. 1/2 cup oil
  6. 2 cups cooked rice
  7. 1 can trappy's jalapeƱo black-eyed peas
Preparation
  1. fry steaks in oil until done.
  2. remove from pan and set aside
  3. saute peppers and garlic in same pan
  4. add black-eyed peas and liquid.
  5. stir consistently until peas are heated.
  6. place steak and rice on each plate
  7. pour peas and peppers over steak and rice

Serve with garden salad
