Asian Chicken Thighs

"Healthy and Low Cal"
Ingredients
  1. 2 lbs chicken thighs
  2. 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  3. 2 tbsp brown sugar
  4. 1/4 cup soy sauce
  5. 1 bunch green onion (diced)
  6. 2 tbsp sesame oil
  7. 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
  8. Parsley (chopped for garnish)
  9. Siracha hot sauce (to taste)
  10. Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Preparation
  1. Combine all ingredients, except parsley and sesame seeds, into a bowl.
  2. Marinate thighs for 20 - 30 minutes.
  3. Place on baking sheet and bake at 375 for 30 - 35 minutes or when thigh internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
  4. Garnish with parsley and sesame seeds.
  5. Serve with rice and steamed broccoli.

Notes

For sweeter thighs add 1 tbsp to marinade.
