Chicken Kabobs

"perfect on hot summer days"
Ingredients
  1. 1 lb chicken cut into chunks
  2. 1 green pepper - cut into chunks
  3. 1 medium onion cut into chunks
  4. 1 cup pineapple chunks
  5. 1 Mexican squash ( or zucchini )
  6. 1 cup medium mushrooms
  7. 1 medium tomato cut into chunks
  8. 1 jar Kona Coast Marinade & Grilling Roasted Garlic Teriyaki
  9. 1 cup cooked rice
  10. 6-8 skewers
Preparation
  1. Use two skewers to hold the chicken.
  2. Use remaining skewers to hold the vegetables and fruit, alternating each piece
  3. Marinate heavily with sauce
  4. Barbecue for 5 - 8 minutes (until chicken is cooked through), turning twice.
  5. Serve with rice
