Chicken Kabobs

"perfect on hot summer days"
Ingredients
  1. 1 lb chicken cut into chunks
  2. 1 green pepper - cut into chunks
  3. 1 med onion cut into chunks
  4. 1 cup pinapple chunks
  5. 1 mexican squash ( or zucchini )
  6. 1 cup medium mushrooms
  7. 1 med tomato cut into chunks
  8. 1 jar Kona Coast Marinade & Grilling Roasted Garlic Teriyaki
  9. 1 cup cooked rice
  10. 6-8 skewers
Preperation
  1. Use two skewers to hold the chicken.
  2. Use remaining skewers to hold the vegetables and fruit, alternaing each piece
  3. Marinate heavily with sauce
  4. Barbeque for 5 - 8 minutes (until chicken is cooked through), turning twice.
  5. Serve with rice
