Ron's Fiber Smoothie
"9 grams fiber"
- Ingredients

- 1 coconut cream Dannon Light and Fit Greek yorgurt
- 2 oz almond milk
- 4 medium strawberries
- 1 small banana
- 10-12 blueberries
- 3-4 blackberries
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- Preparation

- Cut all fruit into chunks as you add to Bullet / Blender (You can leave a blackberry, banana slice, and strawbwerry slice for decoration, if you like).
- Add yougurt and milk
- Blend for 10 to 15 seconds
- Option: Top with reddi-whip
