Ron's Fiber Smoothie

"9 grams fiber"
Ingredients
  1. 1 coconut cream Dannon Light and Fit Greek yorgurt
  2. 2 oz almond milk
  3. 4 medium strawberries
  4. 1 small banana
  5. 10-12 blueberries
  6. 3-4 blackberries
  7. 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
Preparation
  1. Cut all fruit into chunks as you add to Bullet / Blender (You can leave a blackberry, banana slice, and strawbwerry slice for decoration, if you like).
  2. Add yougurt and milk
  3. Blend for 10 to 15 seconds
  4. Option: Top with reddi-whip
